Mary-Leslie Duty

Ms. Duty has practiced law in Chesterfield County and many surrounding areas since 1988.  She received her Law Degree from the University of Richmond and both a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Public Safety and a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University graduating magna cum laude.  Ms. Duty has served as President of the Chesterfield/ Colonial Heights Bar Association.  She is married and is an avid dog lover, puzzle solver and devoted Rams basketball fan.

Ms. Duty and her father, W. Lester Duty, Esquire, practiced together for a number of years before his passing.  His name remains with the office as a tribute to his service to the area as a good lawyer and to this country as a soldier prior to practicing law.

Tammy Anderson

Ms. Anderson joined the firm in 2008 after serving as a Courtroom clerk for the Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.  She has over twenty years of experience as legal support staff.  Her duties include routine office management, document retrieval, subpoena requests, interview scheduling and preparation of background reports.  She is married and has a daughter.  she is a book fanatic and a devoted Duke basketball fan which makes for a fun work environment during ACC tournament time.

Stacey B. Rolley

Ms. Rolley has served as paralegal for Ms. Duty since 1988 and provides extensive expertise in the area of domestic relations, including divorce, custody, support and other related matters.  For over thirty-three years, she has drafted divorce Complaints, various preliminary Motions, responses to discovery requests, property division Orders and Schemes, testamentary instruments and all other documents pertaining to family law and estate matters.  She is married, the mother of two sons and a daughter and is now a doting grandmother.  She is a diehard Dallas Cowboys football and UNC basketball fan.
